Liz Hurley Ribbon Run 5k

First, I have to hand out some congratulations for friends in today's Liz Hurley 5k. Then, I'll post about today's training. Be sure to check out Tanjie's blog for a complete list of Limestone finishers. I chose to sit this race out to continue my training and sleep in.

• Congrats to Julie Carden for finishing her first race! Solid run! When's the next race, Julie?
• Congrats to Jenny Persall and her son Michael (11) for finishing today's race!
• Congrats toMike Greene for breaking the ever so difficult 19 minute barrier today!
• Congrats to Scott Michael for solid PR today. I will have to pick races that Scott doesn't run in to get another age group win!
• Whitney Hollingsworth continues to amaze me! She just consistently takes the women's masters! That was particularly impressive today with such a large field! Congrats Whitney!
