Today was scheduled for 2 x 1 mile @ 6:42, 4 x 800m @3:10, 2 x 1 mile @ 6:42, with 2-3 minutes between each interval.

All I can say is WOOT! I'm clearly pleased with that. But I was completely trashed at the end. I could barely walk! I kicked it in on the last quarter of that last mile because I did NOT want to be above 6:42 on my last mile. Today hurt pretty good. I mean really good.
