Today was not supposed to be a day off, but I took it off. I was VERY late to bed because of travel so I slept late and that just messed my whole day up. Plus, I had a TON of work to do, so a lunch run was not an option. I played a match of tennis tonight to finish up the league that I signed up for back in the spring.
I'll do today's scheduled workout tomorrow. I need to nail that workout. The thing that has been missing from my training is a solidly finished tempo workout. Hopefully, that's tomorrow.
