Today was a planned rest day according to my marathon training plan, day 1 week 5. But I didn't take it totally off, which is a big no-no. I played a match of tennis.
I'm still finishing up this league that I signed up for. I only have one more match. Tennis used to make me tired, but not anymore. This was a pretty intense 3 set match, too. And I was just as strong in the last game as I was in the first. Wow. I really like running! Captain obvious here... Running will improve your fitness!
