I'm hoping for a fairly high mileage weekend. Gearing up for that, I did 2 easy, 2 marathon pace, and 2 easy for six total miles today. The weather was lovely!!! I'm hoping for a solid base building weekend. The plan is for 16 or 17 on Saturday and the usual Sunday 10 miler.
I am feeling a bit fatigued. I think that's just a lack of sleep coupled with an increase in stress recently. I hope it's not a sign of burnout or overtraining.
